The HJD-4J container imbalanced load weighing system is tailor-made for open-air harsh working environments of seaports and inland railway container yards.

Traditional weighing equipment only measures total weight and cannot monitor four-corner load distribution, easily leading to container rollover, cargo damage, customs detention and extra transport penalties caused by eccentric loading.

This 4-point load monitoring device collects real-time load data of four container corners, automatically calculates horizontal & vertical eccentricity ratio, and triggers sound & pop-up alarms once load imbalance exceeds safety limits.

It supports automatic cloud data synchronization and on-site receipt printing, fully realizing paperless weight record management. All records can be traced to cooperate with customs inspection and railway safety loading standards.

With IP67 fully sealed sensors and alloy steel load-bearing structure, the system stably operates in salt fog, heavy dust and extreme temperature changes, greatly reducing long-term maintenance frequency and cost for logistics yards.

Complete System Configuration

The whole set of equipment is composed of four independent core modules, which can be directly matched with container spreaders without extra modification:

  • Four groups of high-precision load cells: Installed at four corner supporting positions of spreaders, corresponding to 1#–4# independent weighing channels to separately collect single-point load signals without mutual interference.
  • Embedded industrial touch weighing controller: Equipped with anti-vibration industrial display, simultaneously displays single-corner weight, total gross weight and two-way eccentricity data.

  • Dual data transmission module: Wired connection for local data storage + wireless module for cloud real-time synchronization; data will not be lost under temporary network outage.

Intelligent Calculation & Safety Control Function

Different from common total weight-only scales on the market, this system adopts four-point independent sampling algorithm to avoid measurement deviation from average value calculation.

After data acquisition, horizontal and vertical load eccentricity percentage will be calculated instantly; sound and visual alarm will be activated to stop lifting if eccentricity exceeds threshold.

The system automatically binds cargo number, operator ID and weighing timestamp, supports one-click saving and batch export of statistical reports, realizing full paperless yard operation management.

Open reserved data interface allows seamless docking with yard ERP/TOS system; all weighing logs are archived permanently for customs audit and cargo accident liability tracing.

Durable & Harsh Environment Adaptability

All sensing components adopt full-sealed IP67 protection grade, solving the common failure problems of traditional weighing equipment at ports and railway yards.

It resists coastal salt fog corrosion, rainwater immersion and thick dust accumulation, maintaining stable weighing precision under wide temperature fluctuation all year round.

Load cells are made of high-strength alloy steel, capable of resisting instant heavy impact, frequent vehicle rolling and long-term fatigue creep; service life reaches 8–10 years under high-frequency daily loading.

The touch control host has shock absorption structure, adapting to continuous vibration from gantry cranes, reach stackers and forklifts without screen flicker or data distortion.
