DWJ Series Dynamic Checkweigher
DWJ series online checkweigher supports optional 5G IoT modules, integrating automatic conveying, dynamic weighing, intelligent sorting and rejection functions. It runs continuously on production lines to test individual product weight in real time. It sorts products by weight tolerance and automatically rejects underweight, overweight or incomplete goods. The machine can seamlessly connect upstream and downstream automated assembly lines. It controls product net weight standards at the source, prevents defective goods from reaching markets, cuts raw material waste and protects brand reputation.
