Tower Gravity Self-Flow Layout & Closed Production Flow

Unlike conventional horizontal dry mortar plants that require repeated material lifting, the HJ-H4.0-JC features a vertical modular steel tower framework.

Raw materials only need one single lift, then flow downward by gravity throughout all procedures, cutting transfer loss below 1% and energy consumption by over 30%.

The entire line operates within a fully sealed negative pressure environment. All conveying sections adopt enclosed screw conveyors and bucket elevators to eliminate powder leakage.

The whole production process is split into six independent functional modules, allowing separate upgrades or capacity expansions later without replacing the complete dry mortar production line.

  • Raw Material Storage & Preprocessing Module

Customizable anti-corrosion steel silos (single capacity 50–200 tons) store quartz sand, cement, fly ash, heavy calcium and various additives.

Optional sand drying and screening equipment stabilizes aggregate moisture content and particle grading before batching.

It adopts twin-shaft paddle gravity-free mixers fitted with high-speed flying knife cutting structures, delivering 3D convection mixing without dead zones or residual materials.

Mixing uniformity CV ≤3%, and a single mixing cycle lasts only 2–3 minutes to evenly distribute micro-additives into aggregates.

Matched waiting silos separate batching and mixing processes to enable non-stop continuous production and stable hourly output for the dry mortar plant.

  • Dual-Mode Finished Product Processing Module

Completed mortar is transported to anti-arch finished silos for steady discharging.

Two packaging options are provided: valve bag /open bag filling machines for 25–50kg standard bags and 1200kg jumbo bags, integrating automatic weighing, filling and sealing in one workflow.

A retractable dust-free bulk loading head is matched to satisfy bulk transport demands for large construction projects, covering both bagged retail sales and bulk project delivery.

Pulse bag dust collectors are mounted on all dust-generating positions including silo tops, batching stations, mixing chambers and packaging areas.

Dust emission concentration ≤10mg/m³, fully meeting global environmental inspection standards.

Shock absorption pads are installed on all drive components, limiting operating noise below 65dB.

No wastewater or solid waste is generated during production, and raw material loss rate stays lower than 1%.
